Details

Prerequisite

You employ persons in home-based work.

Persons in home-based work include:

  • persons employed in homework (homeworkers and cottage industry workers)
  • Intermediate foremen and forewomen
  • other persons treated as such

Procedure

All persons who are employed with home work or with their passing on shall be entered in the home work list.

For each calendar half-year, a new homework list must be created and continuously supplemented.

If you submit the homework list online to the competent body:

Complete the associated form in the "Online application" section step by step online and submit it online at the end. You also have the option of downloading the form for the homework list, filling it out and uploading it again. This way is useful if you need to submit a large number of homeworkers in the homework list. The form wizard provides you with help texts to explain the individual form fields. You will receive a confirmation and a completed PDF form for your records.

If you do not complete the procedure online, please contact the regional council (Regierungspräsidium) that is responsible for you. You can find the contact details via the hyperlink in the section"In-depth information".

  • by 31 July at the latest, the homeworking list for the first six months (1 January to 30 June) of the current year.
  • by 31 January at the latest, the homework list for the second half-year (1 July to 31 December) of the previous year.
