Building sites
Do you intend to build? The city of Heidenheim regularly offers attractive building sites between "forest and heath" for residential development. Interested parties can choose between urban and rural residential areas. In some building areas, families with at least one underage child receive a purchase price discount. The building sites are usually allocated on the basis of a reservation list after the application date. You can use the online form further down on this page to put yourself on the reservation list.
The city of Heidenheim is currently not offering any free building plots.
