Intended restricted procurement
According to the Measles Protection Act, people who work in schools and kindergartens and who were born after December 31, 1970 must either have adequate vaccination against measles or have immunity against measles from the age of one. This applies to all persons who are present in schools and kindergartens for more than 15 minutes, regardless of whether they have contact with pupils and children. The contractor is responsible for compliance with the legal requirements.
