Funding for specialist violence counselling centres
In Baden-Württemberg, there is a growing number of specialist counselling centres for people in prostitution, for victims of human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, against domestic violence as well as intervention centres and counselling centres for sexualised violence and against sexualised violence in childhood and adolescence. The state supports these facilities financially via the administrative regulation for the promotion of the expansion of specialised counselling centres (VwV FBS).

Prerequisite
You run a counselling centre and/or a mobile team that advises victims in one or more of the following areas: prostitution, human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, domestic violence, intervention centre/clearing house, sexualised violence (including in childhood and adolescence).
In addition, you are a member of relevant associations, networks or coordination groups (for more detailed information, see number 2.1 VwV FBS).
Procedure
Log in to the BW service portal with your user account:
- Enter the location of the institution and select the appropriate online form:
- The online application form if you would like to apply for funding
- The online request for funds, if you have already received the grant notification and would now like to have the funding paid out
- The online where-used list including statistics if you received funding in the previous year
- Complete the online form in full.
- When applying, you must also upload a cost and financing plan as well as an organisational and staffing plan in the upload area.
- After submitting the form, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of submission.
- If all funding requirements are met, you will receive the grant notification either by email or in your service-bw mailbox
- After receiving the notification, you can apply for the drawdown of funds (payment of the funding amount) in full or in instalments using the online form provided here and receive the transfer.
- At the end of the funding period (calendar year), the proof of utilisation including statistics must also be completed using the online form provided here.
Deadlines
Applications: by 31 March of each current year
Calls for funds: by 30.11. of each current year
Proof of use: by 31 March of the following year
