Apply for authorisation to carry out fumigation
If you want to carry out fumigation, you need a licence, which you must apply for from the competent authority.
If you wish to carry out fumigation on a commercial basis or independently as part of other economic activities, you must apply for a licence from the competent authority. If your application is successful, you will be granted a licence to carry out fumigation.

- Information on the spatial and safety-related equipment
- Proof of compliance with the relevant occupational health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and operating instructions
- Name and authorisation or registration number of the biocidal product or plant protection product and its type of use
- Copies of the certificates of competence of the licence holders
- Copies of the certificates of competence of the competent persons

The licence may be granted for a limited period, with conditions or subject to revocation. Conditions may be imposed retrospectively.
