Application for change/extension of the authorisation period

If the authorisation period is changed or extended, it is necessary to submit an application to change or extend the authorisation period.

Reasons for such an adjustment may include, for example, delays in filling the position of a municipal land manager or in the involvement of relevant stakeholders.

Prerequisite

The following requirements must be met:

  • You have received a grant notification for funding under the "Gaining space through inner-city development" funding programme.
  • The approval period for the measure approved as part of the "Gaining land through inner-city development" funding programme is not sufficient.

Procedure

General information

  • Applications can only be submitted electronically via the service portal.
  • The prerequisite for this is that the applicant organisation has "My company account" access.
  • If this is not yet the case, you must first apply for access here .
  • Please note that the process for applying for access takes around two weeks.
  • Once you have completed the application process, you can log in to the service portal with your access data (Elster organisation certificate plus password).

Application procedure

  • To submit an application, please use the online form "Application for change/extension of the authorisation period" on the service portal.
  • First log in to the service portal using your "My company account" login details. You will then need to enter your authorisation ID and the corresponding password that we sent you in advance. This will enable us to allocate your amendment/extension application to the relevant funding programme.
  • Once you have completed and submitted the online form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt in your "My company account" mailbox as well as the completed application as a PDF for your records.
  • As soon as we have checked your application, you will receive a notification from us by e-mail.
  • As soon as you have received the notification, please confirm receipt of the notification. Please use the online form "Confirmation of receipt of notifications" on the service portal.

Deadlines

The application for change/extension of the authorisation period must be submitted within the authorisation period.
