Dog tax - apply for a replacement dog licence
If you keep a dog, you must register it and pay dog tax.
You will then receive a tag from the competent authority, which you must attach to the dog in a visible position.
If the dog tax tag is lost or becomes unrecognisable, you must apply for a replacement tag in order to comply with the identification obligation.
