Fitness trail "Schwende"

position and starting point:
Turn from Wanderparkplatz (parking facilities) to the street "Mergelstetter Reute" opposite the entrance of the ballpark.

Well situated among old beech trees with a varied cross-country tread.

distance: approximately 2 km

stages:
1. Wodden rings: climbing and jumping (for children)
2. Wodden obstacles: jumping
3. Approximately 10 large wodden rings: like a staircase with ascent and decent. 3 repetitions.
4. 6 m aluminum bar: ascenting from 0,50 m to 1,50 m
