"Türmle" (Little tower)

The tour now takes you through Rosenstrasse and Wedelgraben to the “Bürgerturm” and into Grabenstrasse. The “Türmle”, built around 1400, is the last remaining of the original six watchtowers and four gate towers of the medieval city fortification. The towers chambers used nowadays as an exposition gallery by the art club.
